INSTALLATION OPTIONS
SELF INSTALLATION
For those who are familiar with the product and would like the flexibility to unbox and setup new product on their own schedule. Detailed instructions and FAQs are provided and phone support is available to assist if needed.
STANDARD INSTALLATION
For those who would prefer the installation to be performed by a CPI certified technician. Your new purchase will be shipped to your location for our technician unbox, place, and install on-site. We will also calibrate the machine and perform a full test to ensure optimal performance, as well as provide your team with basic operational and maintenance training.
ENHANCED INSTALLATION
For installations that require a higher level of coordination, each Enhanced Installation includes a project manager to work with you in understanding all your installation needs before developing a detailed project plan. Included with this service are weekly status updates, project reports, and additional customized training to ensure post-installation success.
